<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WI -AREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />M Trust Deed, executed by Shafer Properties LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, to
<br />MPlatte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank &
<br />Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 28th day of January, 2004, and recorded
<br />r+� on the 28th day of January, 2004, at the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Inst.
<br />cn 0200400826, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the

<br />remise, release, and reconveyto the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
