<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Geneva State Bank, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />February 17, 2004 executed by Joel B. Shafer, single person , as Trustor(s), in which Geneva
<br />State Bank, a Nebraska corporation, is named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which is recorded in
<br />Instrument #0200401544 Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the
<br />beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that it has received payment in full of the
<br />Note or Notes secured by said Deed of Trust and the Promissory Note secured by said Deed of Trust
<br />has been surrendered to the undersigned as Trustee for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived by the undersigned under the Deed of Trust
<br />in following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />All of Block Five (5), Ponderosa Lake Estates Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has caused this Deed of Reconveyance to be
