<br />Please take notice that Paul J. LaPuzza, Successor Trustee, in a Trust Deed from
<br />Leo E. Ulmer and Judy A. Ulmer, husband and wife, dated July 30, 2001 and recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on October 10, 2001 as
<br />Instrument No. 200110172; the Beneficiary of which Trust Deed was U.S. Bank National
<br />Association, ND; does hereby notify the above -named persons of a default in said Trust
<br />Deed, which Trust Deed was granted upon the following- described real estate, situated in
<br />the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />LOT 14, IN BLOCK 2, IN MORRIS ADDITION, AN ADDITION OF THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />and that a breach of the obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security
<br />has occurred in that the grantors of said deed have failed, neglected and refused to
<br />make the payments on said note which Trust Deed was given to secure, which became
<br />due on the 18th day of September, 2004, and thereafter, and that there is now due upon
<br />said instrument the principal sum of THIRTY THREE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED
<br />FOURTEEN DOLLARS AND TEN CENTS ($33,914.10) together with interest thereon
