TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />NGOC NGUYEN, A SINGLE PERSON AND NHUNG TT LE, A SINGLE PERSON
<br />to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />r-• ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />© MAY 8, 2003 and recorded MAY 19, 2003 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200306203 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />y NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />rcli release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />v� said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:

<br />ALL OF LOT TWELVE (12) AND THE EASTERLY THIRTEEN FEET (13') OF LOT
<br />ELEVEN (11) IN BLOCK EIGHT (8) IN MORRIS FIFTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with. all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
