<br />Dennis Bonsack, a single person, Trustor to First State Bank as Trustee for the benefit of the Beneficiary,
<br />dated February 28, 2003, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Inst. 200302595 on March 4, 2003,
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all right, title, and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of
