SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, <br />of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee <br />under the Deed of Trust executed by STEFAN D GARLAND AND PAMELA J GARLAND <br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, formerly known as THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, <br />Attorney, as Trustee, dated NOVEMBER 6, 1997 , and recorded NOVEMBER 13, 1997 , <br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. <br />97- 109566 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />executed by STEFAN D GARLAND AND PAMELA J GARLAND, HUSBAND AND WIFE , as tustor, <br />to Earl D.
