<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, ail of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among JASON D KING
<br />AND LISA M KING, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National Bank as Trustee and
<br />Bank of Doniphan as Beneficiary, dated October 31, 2003, and recorded on November 13, 2003,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 2003-
<br />14897 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
<br />under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT ONE (1) OF COUNTY SUBDIVISION OF THE SOUTH
<br />HALF OF SECTION FIVE (5), TOWNSHIP NINE (9) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE SIXTH PRINCIPAL
<br />MERIDAN, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, RUNNING THENCE EASTERLY ALONG AND UPON THE
<br />NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT ONE (1) A DISTANCE OF FIFTY (50) FEET TO THE ACTUAL POINT OF
<br />BEGINNING, THENCE CONTINUING EASTERLY ALONG AND UPON THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT
<br />ONE (1) A DISTANCE OF NINETY -SIX (96) FEET, THENCE NORTHERLY AND PARALLEL TO THE WESTERLY
