<br />the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated DECEMBER 13
<br />1999 AND DECEMBER 13 1999 and recorded DECEMBER 27, 1999 AND DECEMBER 27
<br />1999 , in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as

<br />Successor to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska as Beneficiary,
<br />dated DECEMBER 13 1999 AND DECEMBER 13 1999 , and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. _
<br />has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in
