Planning <br />Commission recommended the approval of annexing such addition into the City of Grand Island; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, on February 22, 2005, the City Council found and determined that <br />such annexation be approved on first reading; and <br />Approved as to Form 33 <br />March 17, 2005 V lr t r <br />
