JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED <br />CARL R. AMICK and RENEE J. AMICK, husband and wife, and <br />LILLIAN R. AMICK, a single person, GRANTOR, <br />in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received <br />from GRANTEE, SCOTT T. LAWS and KATHALINE M.
