<br />County Register of Deeds against the following described property:
<br />Lot One (1), Richmond Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />hereby gives notice that there has been a breach of the obligation for which the trust property was
<br />conveyed as security. The current Beneficiary, PETER BRISTOL, has not received payment upon
<br />the Promissory Notes secured by the Deed of Trust; that default has been in existence since January
<br />1, 2005, and there is currently due as of March 2, 2005, the sum of Five Hundred Eighty -One
<br />Thousand Eight Hundred Twelve Dollars Forty Cents ($581,812.40) together with per diem interest
<br />of One Hundred Forty-Nine Dollars Sixty -Seven Cents ($149.67) upon said Promissory Notes. The
<br />Beneficiary has elected to sell or cause to be sold the property described above in order to satisfy
<br />the above obligation from the proceeds of the sale.
