You are hereby notified that Tina A. Medrano, a single person, as Trustor, did on or about January 3, 2003, <br />make, execute and deliver unto Ticor Title Insurance Company, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed <br />the following- described real property: <br />Lot Sixty Four (64), in Buenavista subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., <br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on January 6, 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 2003 - 00129. <br />Camille R.
