<br />THAT WHERAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed GARY D. STARKEY AND DEBRA
<br />S. LARSON to BANK OF DONIPHAN,TRUSTEE for the benefit of BANK OF DONIPHAN, the BENEFICIARY
<br />named therein dated 10 -1 -98 recorded 10 -7 -98 in the office of the REGISTER OF DEEDS Of HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, as INST #98- 109830 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has request in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
