<br />Eight Hundredths Feet (7.081) West of the Northeast Corner of Lot Nine (9) thence Westerly along and
<br />upon the Northerly Line of Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) to a point Twenty One Feet (21) West of the
<br />Northeast corner of Said Lot Ten (10) thence Southerly to a point Twenty One Feet (211) West of the
<br />Southeast Corner of Said Lot Ten (10) Thence Easterly along and upon the Southerly Line of said Lots
<br />Ten (10) and Nine (9) to a point 6.68 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Lot Nine (9) and thence

<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances and
