<br />acknowledged, conveys to Trustee, in trust, with power of sale all of Lot 10 Grand West
<br />Fourth Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska (the "Property ").
<br />Trustor and Beneficiaries covenant and agree as follows:
<br />1. Payment of Note. Trustor shall promptly pay when due the principal of and
<br />interest on the debt evidenced by the Trust Deed and Promissory Note of even
<br />date herewith together with all sums advanced by Beneficiary to protect the
<br />Property, with interest thereon at the default rate provided in the Promissory Note.
<br />2. Taxes & Assessments. Trustor will pay all real estate taxes levied on the
<br />Property, including any tax levied on the debt secured hereby, when they become
<br />due and before they become delinquent. Beneficiary shall pay installments of
<br />special assessments assessed as of the date of this Trust Deed when due.
