<br />pipelines, surface markers, and other appurtenances, upon, over, along, across, in, underneath and
<br />through a part of the southeast quarter (set /4) of Section 21, Township 11 north, Range 9 west of
<br />the 6th PM, Hall County, Nebraska, and is more particularly described as follows:
<br />commencing at the intersection of the west right -of -way (R.O.W.) line of South Locust Street
<br />and the northeast corner of JNW Subdivision, City of Grand Island, thence on an assumed
<br />bearing of S89 °55'08 "W along the north line of said JNW Subdivision a distance of 6.92 feet to a
<br />point being the northeast corner of lot 1 of said JNW Subdivision, said point also being the point
<br />of beginning; thence S89 °21'24 "W along the north line of said lot 1 a distance of 2.50 feet;
<br />thence NO °05'06 "W a distance of 48.63 feet; thence N88 °54'54 "E a distance of 2.50 feet; thence
<br />SO °05'06 "E a distance of 48.65 feet to the point of beginning. Said tract contains a calculated
