TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by <br />Gary E. Shovlain and Linda D. Shovlain, husband and wife <br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated September <br />30, 1994, and recorded September 30, 1994, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Document No. 94- 108090 and the Extension Agreement dated January 17, 2003 and <br />recorded January 24, 2003 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument <br />No. 0200300887, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises; <br />Lot One O 1 , Shovlain Subdivision, to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />Dated this 24th day of March, 2005. <br />Trustee Arend R.
