<br />TESTAMENTARY TRUST under said Decedent's Last Will and Testament and pursuant to the
<br />power contained therein, GRANTOR, in consideration of - - - -- EIGHTY -FIVE THOUSAND
<br />DOLLARS ($85,000.00) - - - -- received from the hereafter named Grantees, does hereby convey to
<br />RICHARD E. BARNES and MARY E. CALLAGHAN, single persons as tenants in common,
<br />GRANTEES, the following described real property:
<br />Lot Seven (7), in Block Six (6), in Parkhill Second Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES that GRANTOR:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrance;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against any acts of the GRANTOR.
