<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated April 13, 1998, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hal l C y
<br />County, Nebraska, April 14, 1998 as Instrument No. 98- 103402 of the Hall County Register of C�
<br />Deeds Books, wherein B & B Rental Properties, Inc., was identified as Trustor;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br />dated April 13, 1998, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />April 14, 1998, . at Instrument No. 98- 103402, herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration
<br />of the sum of Eighty Thousand and No/l 00 Dollars ($80,000.00) received from Grantees, does
<br />hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto J & B RENTALS, L.L.C. herein
<br />called the Grantees, the following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Parcel 4: Lot One (1), Block Ten (10), Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Parcel 6: Lot Eight (8), Block One Hundred Twenty -Eight (128), Union Pacific
<br />Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />Parcel 7: Lot Eight (8), Block Twelve (12), College Addition to West Lawn, in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Parcel 8: Lot Two (2), in Block One Hundred Thirty -Four (134) in Union Pacific
<br />Railway Company's Second. Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
