<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises
<br />ALL OF LOT TWELVE (12) AND THE EASTERLY THIRTEEN FEET (E 13') OF LOT ELEVEN
<br />(11) IN BLOCK EIGHT (8), IN MORRIS FIFTH ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,

<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
