<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated September 24, 2003, and .filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, September 29, 2003 as Document No. 200312964 of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds Books, wherein Rochelle M. V. Rieken and Greg B. Sharp, Husband and
<br />Wife, were identified as Trustors;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust
<br />dated September 24, 2003, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on September 29, 2003, at Document No. 200312964, herein called the Grantor, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of Fifty -Eight Thousand Three Hundred Thirty and 75/100 Dollars
<br />($58,330.75), as credit against the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust received from
<br />Grantee as holder of the beneficial interest in such Deed of Trust, does hereby quitclaim, grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE
<br />CORPORATION, herein called the Grantee, the following - described real estate in Adams
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Eight (8), Fractional Block Two (2) Gilberts Addition, to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
