WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block One (1), in H. Bremers' Subdivision, being a Resubdivision of West 55 Feet of Lot
<br />Three (3) and all of Lots Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6) and the East 16 Feet of Lot Seven (7) and the
<br />West 44 Feet of Lot Eight (8) and all of Lots Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) of Block
<br />One (1) of First Artistic Homes Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated December 10, 2001, executed by Larry W. Fowle and Barbara A. Fowle,
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Instrument #0200113001 on the 18th day of December, 2001, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
