<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated January 8, 2004, and executed by Todd Richard Russell,
<br />A Single Person , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on January 15, 2004, as Instrument No. 0200400432, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />A certain park of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW1 /4NW1/4) of Section 3,
<br />Township 9 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M.,Hall County, Nebraska, More particularly
<br />described as: Beginning at a point where the North Line of the Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4� of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section 3, in Township 9 North, Range 9 West of the 6h P.M.,
<br />Intersects with the East Right of Way Line of the State and Federal Highway Known as 281, which
<br />point is 51.75 feet east of the Northwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of the Range 9
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Running thence East Along and Upon the North Line of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW1 /4) of Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of said Section 3, 272.25 feet, running thence
<br />South Parallel to the West line of the Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NW1 /4) of Said Section 3, 337.0 Feet, Running thence West Parallel North Line of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Said Section 3, 271.8 Feet, to a
<br />point on the East Right of Way Line of the State and Federal Highway Known as 281, Running
<br />thence North upon and along the East Right of Way Line of State and Federal Highway Known as
<br />281, 337.0 Feet to the Actual Point of Beginning.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
