<br />RAMON L, MIETH, a single person, GRANTOR, in consideration of $1.00 and other
<br />valuable considerations received from GRANTEES, ERIC HOSTETLER and KIMBERLY
<br />HOSTETLER, husband and wife, and ARON HOSTETLER, a single person, conveys to ERIC
