<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:

<br />BRADLEY K REINHARD, A SINGLE PERSON, A/K/A/ BRADLEY REINHARD
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />MARCH 23 2000 and recorded MARCH 27 2000 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT
<br />#0200002338 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;

<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey

<br />said Trust Deed in the following described premises; but only as to such premises
<br />THE EASTERLY EIGHTY -EIGHT (88) FEET OF LOT TWO HUNDRED FORTY -ONE (241) IN
<br />WEST LAWN, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,

<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
