<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Martin J.

<br />merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated October 13, 1995, and recorded October 13, 1995 in the office of

<br />Microfilm Roll No. - - -, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
