<br />Debtor, whether one or more, as security for all Debtor's present and future indebtedness and liabilities of whatever nature to
<br />secured party, and all renewals and extensions thereof, grants Secured Party a security interest in the following collateral,
<br />whether now owned or hereafter acquired by the debtor and in additions, accessions, substitutions, or replacements, thereto or
<br />therefor, and all products and proceeds thereof:
<br />ALL BUSINESS ASSETS AND PERSONAL PROPERTY OF DEBTOR, WHEREVER LOCATED, AND NOW
<br />OWNED OR HEREAFTER ACQUIRED, INCLUDING AS A DEFINED BY UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE:
<br />ACCOUNTS, CHATTEL PAPER, INVENTORY, EQUIPMENT, GOODS, SOFTWARE, INSTRUMENTS,
<br />(INCLUDING PROMISSORY NOTES), INVESTMENT PROPERTY, DOCUMENTS DEPOSIT ACCOUNTS,
<br />LETTER OF CREDIT RIGHTS, GENERAL INTANGIBLES, (INCLUDING PAYMENT INTANGIBLES),
<br />SUPPORTING OBLIGATION, LICENSES, PERMITS: INSURANCE PROCEEDS, AND TO THE EXTENT NOT
<br />LISTED AS ORIGINAL COLLATERAL PROCEEDS AND PRODUCTS OF THE FOREGOING.
<br />All of the foregoing shall be referred to as the "Collateral."
<br />The above collateral, which is or shall become a fixture on the real estate described as follows:
<br />Lot Five (5), Richmond Third Addition, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and Lot Six (6), Richmond
<br />Fourth Addition, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />If checked here, this Financing Statement is to be recorded in the real estate mortgage records.
<br />WARRANTIES
<br />Debtor warrants that the Collateral is used or being bought primarily for personal, family or household purposes; but if marked
<br />here for fanning operations, Tx_ for business operations. Debtor will not sell or otherwise dispose of any of the
<br />Collateral without consent of Secured Party.
<br />If marked here the Collateral is being acquired with the proceeds of the note or notes, which Secured Party may disburse
<br />directly to the seller of the Collateral.
