BLAUHORN, a single person, <br />herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR AND OTHER VALUABLE <br />CONSIDERATION received from grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto SHARON R.
