Twomey, a single person, Trustor, did on or about March <br />24, 2003, make, execute and deliver to Michael F. Kivett, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, a Deed of Trust <br />wherein said Trustor conveyed the following described real property: <br />"Lot Six (6), Block 1, Elm Place, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska" <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), <br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on March 25, 2003 in Book <br />Instrument No. 0200303469, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which <br />the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary <br />payments which were contractually due on November 28, 2004 through February 28, 2005, together with <br />interest accruing thereon. <br />You are further notified that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has <br />elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and <br />payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to <br />satisfy said obligation. <br />Dated this 14`h day of March, 2005. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF DOUGLAS ) <br />Mioliael "F.
