Bohrer, being first duly sworn, depose and says: <br />200502276 <br />FILE NO. 050102 <br />That Jonmel Partnership, L.P., a Georgia Limited Partnership, was created October 19, 1999, and the sole general <br />partners were John A. Bohrer and M. Melinda Bohrer; <br />That the partnership was dissolved on January 18, 2001, because the annual registration filing requirements were not <br />complied with and fees were not paid. The reason for the dissolution of partnership was that Marilyn M. Bohrer, also <br />known as M. Melinda Bohrer, filed a dissolution of marriage In The District Court of Douglas County, Nebraska, Doc. <br />999 No. 052, on October 19, 2000; <br />That the Decree was entered by the Court on July 3, 2002; In said Decree, the Hall County Farm, which is the only <br />Hall County property, also which is described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, John A. Bohrer, M. Melinda Bohrer, a /k /a <br />Marilyn Melinda Bohrer, and Jonmet Partnership had an interest in was awarded to John A. Bohrer. That Marilyn M. <br />Bohrer conveyed all of her interest in said Hall County property, described on Exhibit "A ", by QuitClaim Deed dated <br />August 23, 2002 and recorded September 6, 2002 as Instrument No. 0200209373, in the Hall County Records. <br />That on this dated John A. Bohrer, as a sole partner of Jonmel Partnership, L.P., has executed a QuitClaim Deed to <br />himself which constitutes the complete disbursement of the assets of Jonmel Partnership, L.P. <br />That John A.
