2. Deed of Partial Reconveyance. Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured
<br />by the trust deed, dated DECEMBER 16, 2004, executed by MICHAEL W KLEIER AND
<br />COLLEEN A KLEIER, HUSBAND AND WIFE_, as tustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney,
<br />as Trustee, and recorded on DECEMBER 27, 2004, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 200412349, has been
<br />paid on MARCH 14, 2005
<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by
<br />Equitable Federal Savings Bank, formally known as The Equitable Building and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska., A Federal Savings Bank, Successor to The Equitable Building
<br />and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as beneficiary named in such trust deed, the
<br />undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without
<br />warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the undersigned under such trust deed
<br />in that portion of the property described therein, located in HALL County, State of
