2. Deed of Partial Reconveyance. Whereas, a portion of the indebtedness secured <br />by the trust deed, dated DECEMBER 16, 2004, executed by MICHAEL W KLEIER AND <br />COLLEEN A KLEIER, HUSBAND AND WIFE_, as tustor, to Earl D.
