200502244 <br />RESOLUTION #05- <br />A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES OF <br />A DESIGNATED COUNTY INDUSTRIAL AREA <br />WHEREAS, Preisendorf Plumbing and Heating, Inc., hereinafter referred to as <br />"Petitioner," is the owner of the following described tract of real estate which is included within <br />the boundaries of a designated county industrial area, to wit: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />(NWI /4NEI /4) of Section Twenty -One (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West <br />of the 6`" P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska more particularly as follows: <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of Block Fifteen (15) Windolph Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska: thence southeasterly along the easterly line of Washington Street, a distance of <br />one Hundred Forty -Five and Five Tenths (145.5) feet: to the northerly line of Oklahoma Avenue: <br />thence northeasterly along said northerly line of Oklahoma Avenue a distance of Two Hundred <br />Sixty -four (264.0) feet, to the westerly line of Lincoln Avenue thence northwesterly along said <br />westerly line of Lincoln Avenue, a distance of One Hundred Forty Six (146.0) feet to the <br />southeast corner of said Block Fifteen (15) Windolph Addition; thence westerly along the <br />southerly line of said Block Fifteen (15), a distance of Two Hundred Sixty -four (264.0) feet to <br />the place of beginning, said tract containing 0.883 acres more or less; and <br />WHEREAS, On November 12, 2004, Petitioner filed with the Hall County Clerk its <br />petition for exclusion of the above - referenced tract from the designated county industrial area <br />within which said tract is located; and <br />WHEREAS, On January 25, 2005, upon notice as required by Neb. Rev. Stat. sec. <br />13 -1113 and 13 -1119, the Hall County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing upon said <br />petition. <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED, The Hall County Board of Supervisors hereby finds that the <br />best interests of the community and the industrial area will be served by the exclusion of the <br />above - described tract from the designated county industrial area. It is therefore Ordered that said <br />tract is hereby excluded from the designated county industrial area and the boundaries thereof are <br />hereby changed according to this order. When a certified copy of this order is filed with the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds and with the Hall County Assessor, such tract shall no longer be <br />included within the industrial area. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED ON FEBRUARY 22, 2005. <br />
