<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among ROBERT L.
<br />ZAVALA AND SHARON E. ZAVALA, husband and wife, Trustor, and Farmers State Bank
<br />and Trust Company of Superior as Trustee and The Equitable Building and Loan Association of
<br />Grand. Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank as Beneficiary, dated February 12, 1999, and
<br />recorded on February 12, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Mall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument Number 99- 101.633 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described
<br />Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />LOT ONE (1), CHATEAU ORLEANS THIRD SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
