<br />consideration of Property Settlement - Decree of Dissolution, quitclaims and conveys to Douglas
<br />D. Axford, a single person, GRANTEE, the following described real property in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska:
<br />Lot Three (3), D R D Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lots Two (2) and Three (3), Axford Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Easterly 240 feet of a strip of land in the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (SW1 /4NE1/4) and of Lot Two (2) on Island in Section Thirteen (13),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6t" P.M., running with
<br />parallel sides from South to North through said premises, twenty -six and one half
<br />(261/2) rods wide, bounded as follows, to -wit: on the south side by the half section
<br />line running along the south line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />and on the west side by a line twenty -seven (27) rods cast and parallel with the west
<br />line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW1 /4NE1 /4) and on the
<br />north side by the north channel of the Platte River, commonly called the "Wood
