Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the requirements of Neb. Rev. Stat. § 76 -1006, of the
<br />default by the Trustor under the terms and conditions of that certain DEED OF TRUST (the "Deed of Trust ")
<br />recorded February 15, 2001 as Instrument No. 0200101124 in the office of the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds, wherein JON E. BL,UMENTHAL, is the Substitute Trustee, BUSINESS LOAN CENTER, INC., is
<br />the Beneficiary and GOSAN, INC., a Nebraska corporation, d /b /a Super Bowl Family Entertain Center, is the
<br />Trustor, said Deed of Trust pertaining to all of Trustor's right, title, and interest in that certain real property in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, legally described as follows:
<br />Lot 1, Super Bowl Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, IIall County, Nebraska.(the "Trust Property")
<br />A breach of the obligations for which the Trust Property was conveyed as security has occurred in
<br />that the Trustor has failed to make all of the payments as required by the Deed of Trust and the obligations
<br />the Deed of Trust secures, and in that the obligations secured by the Deed of Trust have been accelerated and
<br />remain unpaid. For this reason, upon the request of the above- narned Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee has
<br />elected to cause the Trust Property to be sold to satisfy the obligations of the trustor.
