The undersigned, being the Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust filed of record on
<br />January 28, 2004, as Instrument 0200400826, by Shafer Properties, L.L.C., A Nebraska Limited
<br />Liability Company, as Trustor, in which Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company of Kearney,
<br />Nebraska is the beneficiary thereof, hereby gives notice that a breach of the obligation for which the
<br />trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's
<br />failure to make debt payments as the same become due. You are hereby notified that because of
<br />such default the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust is accelerated and as of February 25,
<br />2005, is in the amount of $48,623.72, plus interest from said date, and you are further notified that
<br />because of such default, the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold, the trust property to
<br />satisfy the obligations under said Deed of Trust.
