2005020,66 <br />further joint debts of the marriage that either party has failed to identify to the other. <br />9. Each of the parties waives any and all rights to receive alimony from the other with full <br />knowledge that by waiving alimony in this Agreement, he or she will be unable to assert <br />any claim for alimony at any point in the future <br />10. Each party shall be responsible for the payment of his or her own attorney's fees and costs. <br />11. Each party agrees to do all acts reasonable and necessary to carry out the terms of this <br />Agreement, including the execution of deeds, titles, bills of sale and other instruments. In <br />the event either party shall fail to comply with the provisions of this paragraph within thirty <br />(30) days of entry of the Decree, this Agreement shall constitute an actual grant, <br />assignment and conveyance of the property and rights in such matter and with such force <br />and effect as shall be necessary to effectuate the terms of this Agreement. <br />12. Pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statute, Section 30 -2316, the parties hereby agree as follows: <br />A. In consideration of the provisions of this agreement, each of the <br />parties waives and relinquishes all interest or rights of any kind, <br />character, or nature whatsoever, including but not limited to all <br />rights to elective share, homestead allowance, exempt property, and <br />family allowance in the property of the other, and renounces all <br />benefits which would otherwise pass from one to the other by <br />intestate succession or by virtue of the provisions of any will <br />executed before this Property Settlement Agreement which he or she <br />has had, now has, or might hereafter have against the other, or, in <br />the event of his or her death as an heir at law, surviving spouse or <br />otherwise.
