<br />PAT To promote the amicable settlement of disputes between them, conditioned upon the
<br />dissolution of their marriage, Christina Marie Gonzalez, hereinafter referred to as Petitioner, and
<br />Apolinar Gonzalez, hereinafter referred to as Respondent, enter into this written Property
<br />Settlement Agreement to provide for the disposition of their property and debt.
<br />The parties mutually agree as follows:
<br />1, That this Agreement is subject to the approval of the District Court of Lancaster County,
<br />Nebraska, upon the entry of a Decree dissolving the marriage of the parties.
<br />2. That all the terms of this Agreement shall not be set forth in the Decree of Dissolution of
<br />the parties' marriage, but the parties shall be ordered to perform the terms of this
<br />Agreement in that Decree.
<br />3. That there are no minor children of this marriage.
<br />4. That Petitioner keep and maintain as her own and separate property, any and all items of
<br />personal property which are currently in her possession and/or under her control, as of the
<br />date of the Decree including a certain 1999 Dodge Intrepid automobile. Except as'
<br />otherwise specifically provided for herein, Petitioner shall be responsible for the payment
<br />of any and all debts currently existing against such personal property, if any, at d shall 6ld
<br />Respondent harmless with regard to the same. �,_
