<br />The undersigned is Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated February 3, 2004 and executed
<br />by Dawn M. Peard, as a single person and joint debtor and Ziska Properties, LLC, as joint
<br />debtor.
<br />The Bank of Clarks is named in the Deed of Trust as beneficiary. The Deed of Trust is
<br />recorded as instrument number 0200401191 in the real estate records in the office of the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The undersigned Trustee has
<br />received written request to reconvey from the Beneficiary.
<br />Therefore, in accordance with the request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the Trustor(s), all of the
