w <br />204502061 <br />fulfillment of the conditions specified in- the Trust Deed <br />authorizing this conveyance by reason of a breach and default by <br />the Trustors made under the terms of said Trust Deed in the <br />particulars set forth in the Notice of Default filed by the <br />Trustee, which default continued until the time of sale at which <br />sale the property was sold to the highest bidder, the Grantee <br />herein, following notice of sale as required by law. <br />The Trustee, at the time and place of sale fixed as <br />aforesaid, then and there sold, at public auction, to Grantee, <br />who was the highest bidder for the sum of EIGHTY FOUR THOUSAND <br />ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FOUR DOLLARS AND THIRTY - -THREE CENTS <br />($84,164.33) therefore, the property hereinabove described. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in <br />accordance with the request of the beneficiary, the undersigned, <br />as Trustee by these presents does hereby grant, remise, release <br />and convey to Mortgage Electronic Registration -Systems, Inc. its <br />successors and assigns, all the interest and estate derived to <br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the above - described <br />premises together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and <br />appurtenances belonging to said premises. <br />DATED this 8th day of March, 2005. <br />Paul J1 LaPuzza, S <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF DOUGLAS) <br />CK�^�^i•� ii11M ii4 ��iri =�� <br />NOW an this 8th day of March, 2005, before me, a Notary <br />Public, personally appeared Paul J.
