Baack, Attorney at Law, Trustee under a certain Deed of <br />Trust dated June 2, 2000, wherein Scott L. Ritter, a single person, was the Trustor, which was <br />filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 9, 2000, <br />as Document No. 200004724 and contains as trust property, the following-described real estate: <br /> <br />Lot Two (2), Holder's Acre Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br /> <br />~x"'\ <br />~:J, <br />~, <br />'-_'/ <br /> <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and <br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives <br />notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that the said Trustor has failed to make the <br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust. <br /> <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that Home Equity Credit Line Note dated <br />June 2, 2000, owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, Home Federal Savings and Loan <br />Association of Grand Island, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which <br />secures this obligation. <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss: <br />COUNTY OF llALL ) <br /> <br />On this 27th day of October, 2005, before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public duly <br />commissioned and qualified for in said County, personally came Arend R.
