<br />SEPTEMBER 15, 2004, GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.

<br />Stat. 76-201) located in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:

<br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot Six (6), Voss Subdivision of part ofthe
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE~SW~) and part of the South-
<br />west Quarter ofthe Southeast Quarter (SW~SE~) of Section Eleven (11), Town-
<br />ship Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P,M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast
<br />corner of said Lot Six (6), thence southerly along the East line of said Lot Six (6),
<br />a distance of Four Hundred Ninety-Five and Thirty-Two Hundredths (495,32)
<br />feet; thence westerly along a line Two Hundred Eighty-Seven (287.0) feet North
<br />of and parallel to the South line of said Lot Six (6), a distance of Three Hundred
<br />Sixty-Two and Five Tenths (362.5) feet; thence deflecting right 90000' and run-
<br />ning northerly, a distance of Three Hundred Nineteen and '.I\venty-Seven Hun-
<br />dredths (319.27) feet, to the southerly right of way line of US. Highway No. 30;
<br />thence northeasterly along said highway right of way line, a distance of Three
<br />Hundred Ninety-Nine and Five Tenths (399,5) feet to the place of beginning,
<br />except that certain tract deeded to The State of Nebraska, Department of Roads, in
<br />the Warranty Deed recorded with the Hall County Register of Deeds on July 15,
<br />2003 as Instrument No. 200308994;

<br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the party entitled to distribution of the
<br />real estate described hereinabove from said estate. GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that
<br />GRANTOR has legal power and lawful authority to convey and release the same.
