<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Shafer Medical Two, L.L.c., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company,
<br />as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley
<br />State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 22nd day of April, 2003, and
<br />recorded on the 28th day of April, 2003, at the Register of Deeds office, Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Inst. 0200305U4, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered.
