<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among VALERIE Y.
<br />CORDOVA, an unmarried person, Trustor, and Central National Bank as Trustee and Equitable
<br />Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as Beneficiary, dated September 4,2002, and recorded on
<br />September 9,2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument Number 200209483 has been paid; and

<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by

<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
