<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, under the Deed
<br />of Trust dated February 12, 2003, executed by Richard A Rail and Rhonda S Rail, husband
<br />and wife as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Hastings is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />uhdersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska On Instrument #200302004 on the day of February 19, 2003, and

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, has received
<br />from Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate
<br />described in the Deeds of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />Lot 12, Amick Acres, Part of the W % SW % of Section 2, Township 9 North, Range
<br />10, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat
<br />thereof
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Hastings, Nebraska, this 24th day of October, 2005.
