Beem and Tricia A. Beem, husband and wife, Trustors, did <br />on or about November 23, 2001, make, execute and deliver to Michael F. Kivett, Attorney at Law, as <br />Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following described real property: <br /> <br />"All that certain lot or parcel of land situate in Hall County, Nebraska, known and described as <br />being Lot 79 in Hagges' Subdivision, to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska" <br /> <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from CitiFinancial, Inc.
