<br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by

<br />JIM N BRUNS AND GERAL YN D BRUNS, HUSBAND AND WIFE

<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated JULY 15.2003 and recorded JULY 16.2003 in DOCUMENT
<br />#0200309082. in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE IN HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered; AND AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT DATED AUGUST 13,2004 AND
<br />RECORDED SEPTEMBER 2, 2004 AS DOCUMENT # 0200408779; AND AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT
<br />DATED MAY 24,2005 AND RECORDED MAY 25, 2005 AS DOCUMENT # 0200504682;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed
<br />in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />PARCEL 2: LOTS ONE (1) OSTERMEIER SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, EXCEPT THE
<br />SOUTH FORTY (40) FEET KNOWN AS WHITE CLOUD ROAD.

<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the intent
<br />that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land described
<br />remain as heretofore.
