<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />HAROLD J LESSIG. A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIA nON OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated 1/6/99 12/20/99 and recorded 1/13/99
<br />1/3/00 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 99~
<br />10042$ 200000006 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
