<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />DAVID H SEVIER AND PAULA J SEVIER. HUSBAND AND WIFE to
<br />Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SA VINOS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIA nON OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />SEPTEMBER 22.2000 and recorded SEPTEMBER 29. 2000 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200008064 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
