<br />WHEREAS, LAWYERS TITLE INSURANCE CORPORATION is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated
<br />JULY 17, 2003, executed by LUIS GUTIERREZ AND SARAHI GUTIERREZ, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as
<br />Trustor, for the benefit of ARGENT MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC, which Deed of Trust was recorded
